Allison Dermont is Operations Manager at the San Francisco office, where she manages the office for the West Coast team. Her primary responsibilities include office management, organizing networking events, managing databases, and overseeing accounting tasks.

Before joining Thomvest, Allison worked in administration within the Education, Legal, and Government sectors. Additionally, she worked internationally and in the Bay Area for six years in Secondary Education. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American University in Washington, D.C., and a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University.

Allison enjoys skiing, rock climbing, learning new languages, and solving crossword puzzles outside of work. Her pug, Lily, is often found in the office, napping in the warmth of the sunspots.
